From the UK, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, at your own charge (except for damaged or faulty items). Please note that items that are used, unsealed, relabelled or pierced (with the exception of damaged or faulty goods) will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

We do not accept international returns, unless items are damaged or faulty.

Refunds may take up to 5 -7 business days to complete depending on your bank’s processing time.
