How do I return my order?Updated 9 months ago

From the UK, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, at your own charge (except for damaged or faulty items). Please note that items that do not meet our returns policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We unfortunately do not accept international returns.

Follow the instructions in our returns portal: you'll be asked to enter your order number and postal code. Once we receive your order and we consider your return valid, we will proceed with a refund on the same payment method you used during your purchase. 

Card refunds may take up to 10-12 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time, and we cannot influence this.

*Items will not be accepted if they are in such conditions: used, unsealed, relabelled or pierced (with exception of damaged or faulty items).
