Once you have placed an order, you will receive two emails.

1. The first email is an order confirmation email
2. The second email is a shipping confirmation with the tracking details, sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

You can track your order using the tracking number sent through the second email, or by clicking on 'Track my order', located in our website's footer and navigation menu.
