If your discount code is not working, please make sure to check the following: 

• Have you entered the correct code (number of characters, space, typo, etc.)?
• Does your order meet the conditions of use of the promotion (product eligibility, minimum spend requirement, expiry date, etc..)?
• Did you already use this code in a former order? In that case, the code may be valid only once.
