My order is missing/stolen, what can I do?Updated a year ago

  • Have you checked your tracking information? 
  • Have you contacted the shipping carrier to make sure the order was delivered? 
  • Did you ask your neighbours if they know something about your order? 

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and our team will start an investigation.
